Purple Finch Prints
One of our favourite sights during the long winter months, is a flash of raspberry through a froth of snow flurries. It's a sure sign an adult male Purple Finch is enjoying the feeders. He and his light brown mate, heavily streaked with a much darker brown, perch atop the tall poplars and make their frequent flights back and forth to the feeders. She resembles a sparrow, but her thick beak and deeply notched tail set her apart.

Our prints are double matted with acid free 100% rag mat. The outer mat on each is pearl gray with a complementary inner mat for each bird. Frames are mahogany finish 3/4" wood.
